It is once again time for College Nordmetalls biggest event: the annual Christmas Market. On December 9th at 17:00 we cordially invite the whole Jacobs community- undergraduates, graduates, faculty, staff, neighbors, and host families to attend a festive get together in Nordmetalls’s dance room and lounge.
The Christmas market is a great chance to explore the many cultures on campus, as stands with for instance traditional Chinese and Georgian food will be offered. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to buy handcrafted goods made by our on campus art and pottery club, or explore your creativity at the card making stand. Of course traditional German "Glühwein" and a festive Barbeque will be provided. We highly encourage donations, as all proceeds serve the charity project “make a wish” which is a gift raising for local children, who’s families might not have the financial means of buying Christmas presents.
