Visitors are cordially invited to the event on the campus of the international university in Bremen, Germany.

140 teams from all over the world applied for the Jacobs Startup Competition, which is run by Jacobs University students on their own initiative. The finalists' ideas are as diverse as their origins. One startup, for example, has developed an artificial intelligence to analyze regional stability in different areas around the world. It is designed to detect the weaknesses of a state before they lead to an escalation in the respective region. Another team wants to make cheating more difficult. It uses an app to check the authorship of a text. And a third startup has developed a ventilator that is supposed to significantly improve the chances of survival in the event of a stroke. The three winning teams will receive a total prize money of 4,500 euros.

Anyone who would like to attend the event is cordially invited. Guests will have the opportunity to follow the presentations of the finalists on March 14 from 12 p.m. The event also provides a platform to exchange ideas with representatives from the startup scene during networking breaks and at the afterparty. The entrance fee is 15 euros.
