Join our various sessions to learn about our study programs, scholarships, application process, and more!

  • Each session about 20-30 minutes followed by a Q&A
  • Some sessions are offered more than once to accommodate different time zones
  • All times refer to Central European Summertime (CEST).
  • Earn a certificate for the participation in a web lecture
  • All students who register and participate in their selected session(s) will be entered into a prize giveaway.
  • After you register, you will receive an e-mail with the link to join the session.

    This interactive 20 min lecture by Dr. Chankov, our Industrial Engineering program chair, will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the process of decision making in Business and Engineering, based on Methods of Purchasing. Such decisions are made every day by managers and engineers and they are vital for the production cycle of any good. You will have the opportunity to apply the learned content in a case study from the Automotive Industry. The transdisciplinary approach implemented is a symbol of Jacobs University’s teaching model. Shortly before the event we will send you your personal schedule with links to all sessions you registered for as well as a link to join our Virtual Open Office in case you need individual counseling. We are looking forward to meeting you in our sessions.

The web sessions, lectures and Virtual Open Office will be held on MS Teams. Privacy information for participants in a web session held as an online meeting using “Microsoft Teams”.
